Happy New Year!
Just four months ago we were helping children and parents separate. Three months ago we were celebrating pumpkins and harvest time. Two months ago we were thanking our Wonderful God for all that He has blessed us with. Last month we were in the midst of the Christmas Season and celebrating the miracle of that Holy Night when a baby was born in a stable in Bethlehem. Pretty amazing where we have already been, isn't it? But oh, the proceedings that lay before us in the months ahead.

Because of the wonderful events we have already experienced we are able to focus daily on Jesus and His saving power He gives us every day. Each day our preschool team receives each child in Jesus' name by being loving, enthusiastic, kind and receptive.

The preschool is a bold and vibrant ministry here at Fallbrook Presbyterian Church. To some, it's a hidden ministry, since it's not visible on Sundays, but if you came to the Annual FPC Christmas party you got to see and experience what the staff at FPP feel everyday. Although you thought the donkey part was funny, I personally liked the stripping angel. There is never a dull day at our preschool.

You see, no one has yet realized the wealth of sympathy, the kindness and just plain curiosity hidden in the soul of a child. We make a big effort here at your preschool to try and unlock that treasure. They explore and create without criticism. We celebrate them for who they are and what they do. Stop by and see the mighty work the Lord is doing with His young children. The kids are alive and flourishing.
Now you know why I love my job!
